Mangle+Maul

Maul is off the global cooldown, so you can use it whenever you have enough rage. I just bind it to the same button as Mangle so I don't have to think about it. If you're rage starved at lower levels, don't use this. Also, if you're using the Maul glyph (which you should), the cleave will break CC, so watch out for that.


Swipe+Thrash

/castsequence reset=3 Swipe(Bear Form), Thrash, Swipe(Bear Form)

This alternates Swipe and Thrash for AOE threat. Just hammer this when there are 3 or more mobs. You don't get Thrash until level 81.


Growl+Feral Faerie Fire

This just puts some extra threat on a mob that you taunt so it doesn't get pulled right back off of you before you can hit it.
