Ok so two things I took away from this raid is number one I need more sleep or coffee or combination there of for raid night.
And more importantly (and applicable to everyone) is we should have a preestabilished kill order so people can have the videos watched and be ready.
For instance this week I will guess we are doing:
Halfus
Magmaw
ODS
Maloriak
but after that I have no idea on what we would do next...
Having this general plan for th week will allow us to always be prepared at least 3 bosses ahead (i.e. we could do 3 bosses in one night so watch those first three videos.)

Forgot to mention that point one leads directly to point two b/c I really don't remember Maloriak at all except that he turns red and green and there are a lot of adds that kill griff pretty quickly...

I would guess the Valiona/Whoever fight in BoT is probably next after Maloriak.
For healers, Maloriak basically boils down to running away when you get the bad thing, stacking up when Maloriak does the bad thing, and healing Badear when he's getting hit with lots of bad things.
For DPS, do the running away and stacking up stuff along with AOEing the adds during the green phase.
For tanks...just watch the video.
I think we've got this one in the bag. Badear and I will just need some practice with our roles in controlling the adds. Of course, the last phase might be omgcrazyhard like Sindragosa, so we'll just have to see.

Valiona is next... I'll be honest, I wasn't sure we'd get ODS especially that quick. I wish we had a full time DK & I wish we had 2 good nights to push through content. Honestly Mal isn't that hard and we could easily get him down with a little practice. One thing I'm HATING this expansion is progression setup. BC when you started raiding you knew you'd clear Kara then head to ZA. In Wrath, you knew you were going to Naxx but only questioned which wing. But in Cataclysm the difficulty of bosses isn't restricted to "Ok, Clear BoT then you'll be geared for BWD" It's "Go to Bot, kill Halfus & Val... Now go to BWD & get Mag, OSD & Mal... Ok ok, leave there & go Conclave but only kill One boss & Leave" It's ridiculous. & have you guys looked up the progression kill order threads? It's more heated than a Ninja vs Pirate argument. What was Blizz thinking?

The other two bosses in BWD where mal is seem to be fun to learn and think we could figure them out easly.
