Mana during cata raids

Ok so I am not sure about the other healers but I have been having serious problems with mana during heroics. Raids I hear are even worse. I heard a strategy today that may help us a lot. All three of our primary healers right now are JC's so we all have access to the JC trinkets. In particular the Figurine - Dream Owl which gives you a good amount of INT and a nice +1425 spirit for 20 sec when used. Combine that with a mana tide totem from our favorite Resto Shaman and we all will be up somewhere over 10k spirit which will mean that we will be fully mana regened every 3 minutes. Let me know what you guys think.
