My thriftiness and copper pinching has gotten me, as of today, 1... million... gold!!! 
And it only took 300 days of playtime. Which started out, for me, with my free 10-day guest pass back in May 2007.
8 years... now I feel old.

Gotta love garrisons! A couple days ago I hit 2M gold.
So playing from Burning Crusade took me till last May to get 1M. Now in 3 months I've made another million.

End of expansion doldrums... it's been 8 months and I've not yet reached 4 million.  Mats don't really sell like they used to. Everyone has gear they're happy with. Runes barely sell over vendor price (actually found some selling for UNDER vendor value!)
It's so sad. Been stuck at ~3.8 million for too long.
But don't feel too bad for me... I'll persevere and I'll eek out that last 200k before Legion drops.

Just checked the depth of the gold coins in my Scrooge McDuck style vault... 4,011,252g
Maybe I can make it to 5M before Legion comes???
