Post Raid Forum Mission Statement

I'm not posting these because I'm trying to say we all fail here, here, & here. I think if we look at where our team struggles & triumphs between each raid we can start seeing small tweeks we can make as a team to become more efficient. It'll help the bench warmers know what to watch for as far as prioritizing mechanic importance, it gives us a week to reflect incase strategy changes are needed & trade ideas, and it's time to figure out how to overcome our weak points.

This forum should cut down on time spent in raid theorycrafting giving us less down time.

This forum will point out exactly what's going wrong/how we excelled after we read the logs.

This forum will NOT turn into a fingerpointing/demoralizing experience. It is meant to be a positive think tank. Yes some weeks names may be mentioned specifically. This will not be to blame the person or insinuate they don't know how to play... it will be mentioned to help you know if you're having the same mechanics issue alot during a fight. Sometimes raids are so chaotic I never know what happened to me or am a little foggy on a mechanic. If I don't even know I keep doing something I could maybe avoid, I just keep doing it. When I do know, I tend to watchout better next time.

This forum will promote teamwork. We are a team and just like MLB teams each of our players will have something they are awesome at/weak at. If Stynus knows "short has mobility problems & moves slower than everyone else" (true facts btw) then he knows to lifegrip or hot me before a phase if he wants to keep us from losing a dps.

This should promote teamwork and make actual raiding time efficient. Keep posts positive & helpful. Post any strategy changing ideas you have here. I'll consider someones ideas here alot better with time to think it out. I will still listen to ideas in raid, but I'd rather theorycraft any major ideas here while not burning a 150g flask. I'm sure we all would!
